Account Creation and Status Changes are not being processed correctly

Since yesterday evening, roughly Jan. 11 at 18:30, account status changes have not been performed correctly.

Because of this, you may experience the following issues:
- New accounts take a lot of time to become active, and are not fully functional after that.
- Closing or reactivating an account will put them in status "Processing" indefinitely.

We're currently investigating the issue and we'll keep you updated about the issue in this topic.

UPDATE 11-1 11:30: We got confirmation from iFastNet that the issue was resolved and all pending status changes have been processed. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

    Well, the issue is that it's a problem on iFastNet's end, not in the InfinityFree stack. So this problem is largely out of our hands.

    Well, the issue is that it's a problem on iFastNet's end, not in the InfinityFree stack. So this problem is largely out of our hands.

    Does this effect's other reseller's too?

    Well, the issue is that it's a problem on iFastNet's end, not in the InfinityFree stack. So this problem is largely out of our hands.

    Does this effect's other reseller's too?

    Well, it seems to be fixed now. But this would have affected all hosting services using iFastNet's platform.
