Softaculous App Installer not logging in

Everything is normal in the cPanel. But when I click the Softaculous Installer button, it goes to the site as normal. It won't login! It has an error saying "Your IP address has changed. Please log in again." and when I try to login, it won't work.

    Your IP address has changed.

    Softaculous login sessions are tied to a specific IP address. If your IP addresses changes in the mean time, you'll be kicked out. With a good internet connection, that shouldn't happen, but bad internet providers notably rotate IP addresses very quickly.

    But that's a problem with your internet provider, not us. With a connection like that, you would not be able to login to any cPanel hosting provider in the world.

  • When I tried to login, it changed IP. Not during the session.
    I keep retrying to login and even restarting the CPanel!
    Just won't work.

    Again, some bad internet providers rotate IP addresses with every request. You must switch to a sensible internet provider, because you'll be unable to access many websites like this (including any cPanel hosting service).
