HELP PLEASE!! Hi I'm not techie at all - though I am very patient!! I have tried to change the error pages for my website and have learned how to create a custom HTML page. In order to upload it to the Error Pages of the CPanel, I've saved the page as an .html file. I don't undertand how to link it to an FTP (the FTP software frighens me!) so I've dropped the html file in the public folder of my dropbox. I have copied the link and have tried to insert the link into the 'Error Page URL' fields in the 'Error Pages' of the CPanel. However, I get the following error back: "Forbidden You don't have permission to access /panel/indexpl.php on this server." Help please!!! What am I doing wrong / how am I supposed to link? Thank you very much in advance Dom

    Hi

I'm not techie at all - though I am very patient!!

However, I get the following error back: "Forbidden

For some reason, it doesn't read index.php only reads index.html. Try making a redirect from index.html to index.php hopefully this helps :)

Thank you @rymecstudent. Apologies I am so non-techie. Is that something I do from the cpanel? - and is there an easy way to do this? Many thanks in advance.
