When I try to connect to MySQL using PHP on my home computer I get error 2002. I can’t connect mysql using the connect button yet either, I have already inserted some dummy data an played with SQL instructions on the website.
You can only access a database on your free hosting account using a PHP script on your account, or by using our phpMyAdmin installation. It’s not possible to connect to a database from outside the hosting system. That’s a feature exclusive to premium hosting.
