403 error when trying access chat

My website URL is:

http://dating-test.rf.gd/chat.php/?chat_id=0&user_id=2 when i’m trying to send msg to other user get this problem error 403 Forbidden

The website’s configuration prevents you from accessing this page.

Using CMS based on php scripts like social network.

Additional information:
i thinked the problem is that curl is not enabled, but it’s enabled on server side, have no idea why i get this error when trying acess chat and messages ,worked fine ,and directory looks is right,checked chat.php permissions ,all needs to be good, ,have no idea why not working

I’m sorry, but this is intentional. Chat scripts in PHP are very inefficient and put an extreme amount of stress on servers. Because of that, they are blocked. Please remove the chat scripts.
