I used softaculous, i noticed it was slow, and after installing an desinstalling some CMS, i put in htdocs an index.html and it says 403 forbidden, i delete the index.html and it still say 403 forbidden, i dont have any .htaccess and i need to put in the root web folder an index, please, help me
