Please note Developer tools only shows files that they’re loaded while loading a specif page, It won’t show what you’ve uploaded to your site, it only shows the files loaded while loading that page.

I can’t access here from google chrome but it opens in another browser. What could be the problem?
Clear your browser cache.
ctrl+f5 or use Incognito mode to evade cache

I tried doing ctrl+f5 but still got 404 error. It worked in incognito.
