421 Home directory not available - aborting

Error Message

When I try to conect via FTP with Filezilla I get “421 Home directory not available - aborting”, when I try to connect via the WEB FTP in the zip copy and paste the password from my account menu for FTP and get UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS and dont let me in :S
