Trying to make one but the error below keeps happening

Error Message

Your domain is not yet pointing to ns1.epizy.com and ns2.epizy.com. Change your nameservers at your domain registrar and wait a few hours. You can also create an account with a subdomain first.

Other Information

I am not trying to connect a domain. I am trying to get a subdomain and I get this error. (Error is above)
Hopefully, someone can fix this or help me.

Hi and welcome to the forum

To start, pick/select one of the free subdomains instead of the domain you specified

But if you want to have a subdomain of your domain, like sub.42web.io

I told you everything in a previous post.

In order to create an account you need to either add a domain
or select one of the free subdomains…

According to your image you want to create a subdomain ahstudio.42web.io

To do this :

  1. you must first point the 42web.io domain here via our NS
  2. add 42web.io as addon domain
  3. create subdomain ahstudio(.42web.io) in subdomain section of Control Panel

42web.io is a built in subdomain just to let you know :slight_smile:, and it appears to be down
