Yes I did, and tried the suggestions, now I get a 404 error, and can’t access the online files section in control panel. Is it possible that there is a problem at your end ?

Possibly, but unlikely (and impossible to say with the information you have provided so far). Telling the exact error message of the file manager and the 404 page URL would help a lot.
