@battlenet, technically, you didn’t ask anything, so we don’t know of you want an explanation, a solution, or something else entirely.
That error means the credentials are incorrect. Make sure you are getting them from the client area under the FTP header. Your FTP credit goals are different form your login credentials

Maybe change the password again, wait 24 hrs and try again. If that doesn’t work, then it is probably caused by the outage.

Did you try all the options from this article already?
Sometimes the FTP account is not activated correctly and sometimes the password isn’t set correctly. Sometimes, people use the wrong password to begin with (like using the client area password instead of the hosting account password).
