It is probably a temporary issue due to server upgrades and transfers.
Read this:
In the last few weeks, we’ve been busy upgrading websites from our old HDD based storage system to a much faster SSD storage cluster.
However, this does mean that all files and folders of all websites have to be copied to the new system, which takes time.
Initially, this was done by taking down the entire server before copying the websites. That resulted in this outage from last week .

While I’m glad everyone here was so ready to help you, I don’t think you’re affected by the outage, because:
You’re getting a different error message than you would with the outage.
Your account is not on one of the affected servers.
It looks to me like this is not a temporary issue with the server, but an authentication issue with your account. So just waiting for the outage to be resolved probably won’t help you. What will probably helps you is this article:
