86% uptime on website.

Several down time faceing everyday. Website promise 99.9% uptime. Which is wrong. @admin reply why?

Higher response time, like 2s is not optimistic.

Which website are you referring to, and what is the issue you see when the site is down?

Also, what is the 86% figure based on?

Based on jetpack. website is https://bapidey.ml/

I just checked the website speed with Pingdom. It reported a loading speed of only 482ms. For a full WordPress page, including database queries and downloading images and the like, that’s fast. Website Speed Test | Pingdom Tools

I’m not familiar with Jetpack’s uptime monitoring. Over what period of time is the 86% uptime? Does Jetpack provide any more details about when the downtime occurred (dates, times, duration, etc.)?

Yes. It provide via email.

So.... what does it say?

Let it be. Can you @Admin provide, how to whitelist an IP address in my host?

@Admin your server provides the wrong time. Make sure your time match UTC https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/timezone/utc

For that case we have problem with Two Factor Auth. Fix time on Ifastnet servers.

To clarify, is the time really wrong (as in, out of sync with the clock)? Or is it just in the wrong time zone?

If it's the latter, you can simply change the time zone for your website through the Alter PHP Config menu.

You can control IP access through the IP Blocker tool in your control panel. But note that no IP addresses are blocked by default in our systems.

What makes you think any IP addresses are being blocked? Do you experience any problems accessing your website from anywhere?

I am browsing the website which is proxied by Cloudflare. But sometime Cloudflare shows 5XX error. But when I pause Cloudflare, It works fine. So I think host block Cloudflare.

It is not the wrong time zone. But it is actually the wrong time, which is the almost 3-minute clock delay.
