What I’m seeing is: I see the proper website that I have created, but just one problem is that when I click on the “Home” tab at the top of the website, it says 404 page not found, but when someone else does it like one of my friends clicks the “Home” tab it goes to the home page like it is supposed to do. How can I fix this problem?

What did the <a> tag link to? You may have made a typo.
My code is perfectly fine because when I ask my friend to do what I am trying to do it works fine.
My friend can click on the home tab perfectly fine, but when I try to click on it. It pops up with a 404 page not found error.
For me it works fine too. You should clear your cache

browsers cache pages to speed up visits. That caches incorrect sometimes.

Google Chrome. Also, when I go to incognito mode in Google Chrome, I can use my website perfectly fine.
