We can’t increment those values for you on free hosting, nor can you do that, as there were set to their default values to prevent spam and abuse on their servers. So maybe ignore that error, but if that doesn’t work configure your own server (if you have it) with these values, or upgrade to Premium Hosting as the hardware there is faster than free hosting and it has more features.
