I read this: https://infinityfree.net/support/common-mysql-errors and I think that it isn’t wrong, I generated a new password(to cpanel, FTP, Mysql) and copied this to php. And it show the same message.
Provide URL/account number(that you hide for unknown reason) so Admin can check it out

I checked your account and it looks like something went wrong setting the database password. Resyncing the password seems to have done the trick.
If anyone else experiences this issue, you can resync the password by copying your current account password and use the Change Password setting in the client area to configure the same password you already have.
