So I am sure I have the right connection to the database. I copied exactly what it said on the detailed account information, however, I still can’t get access to the database.

Hey, I did exactly what it said there. But it still doesnt work.

Then it’s most likely the database permissions are broken. Please wait for the Admin to fix them.

Deleted the accounts and making it all new, to be a 100% sure, I didnt put wrong databse information.
