Connecting to…? You need to be specific.

Connecting to what?

What i can see on error message is that database connections throw error in that form.

everything checks out

a database

pardon?

I read the section for my specific error, apparently im doing everything correctly

Can you tell which file in your account has the configuration and what URL I can use to verify the database connection works?

I don’t see any database error there.

Again, can you tell which file in your account has the configuration and what URL I can use to verify the database connection works?

By that, I don’t just mean the domain name of your website, I mean the URL to a specific page where this error can be seen. I want to try to help fix your issue, but I don’t want to spend a lot of time just to figure out where you have this issue in the first place.

The url is https://infinitycoin.club/FileSettings/claimsfa.php as @soundar found out.

Double check your using the SQL password, not your account password, as the error message is access denied

https://infinitycoin.club/FileSettings/claimsfa.php soundar found it

It may appear to be fishy, but I can assure you its not. Although only a couple people have gotten cards (since its small), I moved from a paid hosting provider to this. Just trying to “port” it.

Thanks for confirming the URL.

I checked your settings and both your password and database name are incorrect.

The password is the password of the hosting account. You can view this in the Accounts list in the client area. Note that this is NEVER the same as your client area password.

And the database name is always prefixed with your username. So if you create a database with the name blog, the full database name is epiz_12345678_blog.
