I’m sorry, but I have no idea what you mean by that. How are you trying to access your files? What software do you use? What are you trying to do? Can you take a screenshot of the error page?

It looks like you could have enabled some privacy settings in the control panel.

For your information: that’s not a file issue or an access issue, that’s your script not being able to connect to the database.

Anyways, this error usually means one of two things:

  • The database name you’re using is not correct.
  • The database password is not correct.

Please double check your database settings.
