access to the domain

Hi
I have created yesterday my account
I have setup http://testps.epizy.com, i see blank page
In control panel, i see Main Domain : dlbcrvbn.epizy.com, i see suspended domain
Please, how to access to the files sent to the ftp?

You can ignore the main domain, it doesn’t actually serve a website.

I can’t see your website either, but that’s because you’re redirecting people to http//testps.epizy.com/ps/. The colon is missing in the URL, so it doesn’t work. From what I can tell, it should be http://testps.epizy.com/ps/.

I seen the htaccess probably make problem but i renamed it, placed a simple php file in the ftp and still cannot access to it
It should be : testps.epizy.com/a.php but it redirect to http://testps.epizy.com/?z
I dont knowwhat to do

I tried the sitebuilder and it was broken
Upgrade process = 5 →
Standard installation, start uploading process →
copied 50 files…–>
copied 75 files…–>
copied 100 files…–>
connection is broken (#103/opt2, ftp_systype)… {trying to copy kopage_files/inc/js/fancybox/fancy_shadow_w.png to inc/js/fancybox/fancy_shadow_w.png }–>Connection to host passed. Login failed.

in the error i see :
Mon, 26 Mar 2018 05:45:31 -0500 AH00124: Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use ‘LimitInternalRecursion’ to increase the limit if necessary. Use ‘LogLevel debug’ to get a backtrace.
How to remove this redirection please ?

http://testps.epizy.com/a.php is working fine from here.
