Since yesterday evening, roughly Jan. 11 at 18:30, account status changes have not been performed correctly.
Because of this, you may experience the following issues:
- New accounts take a lot of time to become active, and are not fully functional after that.
- Closing or reactivating an account will put them in status “Processing” indefinitely.
