Account not upgrading

Hi, first time posting so I apologize if this isn’t the correct place for this thread.

Yesterday I upgraded to the “Super Premium” web hosting plan, which of course took me to iFastNet to complete the process, however it doesn’t seem to be reflecting on my InfinityFree account. For example, “Remote MySQL” still tells me that I need to have an upgraded account in order to use it.

Is there something I need to do in order to get the upgrade to take effect?
