Or there is possibility to ftp unblockable for me to download files?

You can submit ticket to request for backup of your website.

Please check the client area. It provides a bit more information as to why your account is suspended and tells you what you can do to get it back online. Sometimes it will be reactivated automatically, sometimes you can create a ticket to learn more.

You must have been permanently suspended. Please create a ticket and wait for a response. If they close it, you may need to create a new one.
