Account shows active but site redirecting to suspended

My website is: https://urbancontractors.in

My account is showing ACTIVE status but the epizy url is redirecting to suspended page.

My website is hosted via cloudflare but there is no problem with the cloudflare so can someone help me with this issue.

Thanks

if your site is suspended, check if you have reached any limits like > cpu, daily hits

Cloudflare is working fine. The epizy url is redirecting to http://suspendeddomain.org/e/.

The status is showing as ACTIVE and not suspended which is confusing.

For limits, the stats are showing as “There is currently no data to show for this graph”.

Still searching for solutions but can’t find any.

What is your epizy url one? If it is your main domain. It is normal because it only handles ips.

Its something.epizy.com which is redirecting to suspended page. The main domain is showing Error 525: SSL handshake failed. My site was working fine till last week with cloudflare SSL.
Now I don’t know what has happened?
If anyone can give a solution, that will be a great help.
Thanks

If that something.epizy.com was a Main Domain, from this article:

https://infinityfree.net/support/why-does-my-domain-redirect-to-suspendeddomain-org/

Your domain is your account’s main domain

When your account is created, a “main domain” is automatically generated for it. These main domains are a subdomain of eight random characters, followed by an InfinityFree domain. An example main domain looks like “ss6y0hra.epizy.com”.

These main domains will never show your website and always redirect to suspendeddomain.org. These main domains are just internal identifiers, and the content shown on it does not reflect the status of your hosting account or the other domains on it. The main domain does point to the IP address of your account (which makes it useful if you want to use your own DNS servers), but never shows any website from your account.

To fix the SSL error on your real domain (that is not a main domain), try to follow one of the workarounds present on this topic:

It is not the actual url. I do not think sharing url would be a fatal risk. If it is the main domain look at the above answer.

Next time you shouldn’t censor urls or we’ll habe trouble to help you.

Thanks

Thank you for posting this:

It seems that the SSL problem is huge and being fixed by infinityfree.

So for now I will just have to use my site without SSL.

@anon19508339 Obviously its not the actual url. Anyone could clone a site using this url in the configuration of cloudflare like services.

No one should disclose their epizy main

Edit: I finally changed my SSL config in clouflare from “Full” to “Flexible” and my site is working. Thank you everyone for their support.
