My website ccaster.com has been suspended due to cpu limits,
I upgraded my Hosting from ifastnet,
So, I wants backup of my all files (smf forum) and mysql database.
Please help me
If you upgrade to iFastnet, you can simply contact them and they will move it for you - so no need to take backups.

should I give user password of infinity free account to them ?
Once you purchase it at iFastnet, open a support ticket and provide them with your invoice numbers, ifastnet account username, and infinity free account username (so the epiz_xxxxxxxx part).
