my account was recently suspended for abusiing the MySQL usage. I am currently creating a website/store for school purposes. I know for sure that I didn’t exceed the Usage, I currently only have 2 plugins instaled and a few products listed and thats about it.
I don’t know why this would occur.
If possible could I get my suspension removed?
If not, how long does it usually take to remove the suspension, if I purchase the Premium package.

As to how you are sure that you didn’t go over, MySQL limits are subjective.
That means that your limits aren’t based on a static value but rather are compared in relative to other websites’ usage (websites hosted in InfinityFree’s servers).
I actually went over the limit, too. I use files for storage now (and use .htaccess to restrict access to them from the web).
