My account suspended since yesterday as it says abuse was found on your account, like a website which harms visitors or overloads our infrastructure, or because your account was flagged as suspicious. But i was just uploading files via ftp and there’s no virus or malware etc in the files. It was just simple php files for my website layouts. I have Requested the staff to take a look but the Status still shows “Waiting For Staff” and the website is still down. Please advise
