Accounts Suspended because of more than 15 accounts

Hi @Admin , please help me! This is very important! Most of the websites I’ve hosted are of my school, please activate them or they would kill me for it!

Please, I request you to remove only those accounts that I don’t use. I would be happy to delete those which I don’t use anymore.

Please, I beg you…

PS, I don’t even have 15 accounts! I only have 11.

The useless ones are,

epiz_19808265
epiz_19800919

These removed, will make it 9 Useful accounts. I don’t know why all of them were suspended :cry:

It’s because the terms say there’s a max. of three account per user, this is likely because of this.

You can use subdomains on a single account, this is preferable.

If you want to do anything done with a suspended account, submit a reactivation request. I can’t really send you backup URLs by posting them on the forum, right?

Read my previous message.

Note that we generally reply to those messages within 12 hours, and almost always within 24 hours. All messages are replied to, simply because you’ve been waiting for half an hour does not mean we’re ignoring you.

Also, if the account is active, you can just download the contents yourself. This forum is meant for other people to give you tips, not to completely manage your website for you.

  1. To get anything done regarding a suspended account, you must submit a ticket in your client area.
  2. Unless NayamAmarshe is also one of your accounts, it’s a separate issue from your own. As such, you should create a new topic for it.

You have questions, great. You can ask them on this forum. But why do you need to hijack this topic? This topic is about NayamAmarshe’s accounts, not yours. And NayamAmarshe’s accounts were suspended because of a completely different reason than your accounts were.
