Simple: just reactivate the corresponding hosting account and clear your browser cache.
On my accounts list I have two and both have green “Active” status, one is working fine the other is not, I always hard refresh just in case.

Are you referring to the account you recently reactivated? Because that account does not have any domain name linked to it, the domain name the account was created for has been removed from the account.
You can either go into the control panel, go to Subdomains and add your subdomain again, or deactivate the old account and create a new account for your subdomain.
I’ve deactivated it and created a new one, there was no other way.
