Maybe because you have no SSL? Get an SSL cert from app.infinityfree.net. I don’t really know, but a quick Google search may solve the problem. Read this: My site isn't approved - Google AdSense Community and this: AdSense Program policies - Google AdSense Help

Yes but when I use infinityfree ssl, facebook dont allow me sharing links in groups (my main farm of views)
Maybe you should consider other Advertisement providers. From what I read under 10% of websites are accepted.
