Can I add a tld domain name for example : domainname.agency
would I have any problems with it, nameservers etc wise?
To my knowledge, there are no restrictions on which domain extensions you can use, except for .tk (which has been explicitly blacklisted because of rampant abuse). And there are already other people on InfinityFree who use .agency domains, so you should be able to do so as well.

The home directory can be found in cPanel. See the right side bar, there you see something like this- /home/vol6_2/epizy.com/epiz_XXXXXX/
Which software is asking for a cache path? Does it say what it needs the path for? Did it prefill a default value?
