Not only that, but when I try to go to my website, I find that there is only a blank site that shows Directory Listing with no folders. I have ensured that I am uploading to the right folder, I am just not sure why it is not working.

If you’ve added a custom addon domain, you should upload your website content to <your domain>/htdocs/ folder. That’s the only folder you can upload content to. If you add an index.php, index.html or index.htm file to that directory, it should load a main page on your website.
