Hello there,
Your website “sohaibnoyyan.cf” is working fine here while your subdomain is redirecting to a 404 page.
If you didn’t touch anything or didn’t made any changes to your site in the last few hours and this just happened then I can only assume that this is a temporary issue since there could be an ongoing maintenance with the server in where your site is hosted. There has been an ongoing maintenance of migrating websites to the new servers with better hardware so that might be the case therefore you might want to wait for a few hours and check back if your site is working fine again.
But if you did made some new changes to your site then the things you probably saved broke your site.
