All of site is down?

Hello, I just recently have had my site go down. The FTP, cPanel, account info, and the site itself are all down.
Is this just for me, or is it some sort of outage on InfinityFree or iFastNet?

I think it was a DDoS on iFastNet.

My website lunch.rf.gd is also down. I am very worried about this. What happened to our sites?
