Not at all! Search engine crawlers are much more sophisticated than some online sitemap generator and will have no problems navigating and indexing your site.

For the same reason I recommend against using online sitemap generator. Sitemaps are there so you can provide information to search engines that can’t easily be read from your site. Online sitemap generators don’t provide any information like that.
