I am downloading my website via FileZilla but due to some unknown issues few files couldn’t be downloaded. I was wondering if the File Manager supports adding files to a zip archive and download it? as single file downloads making connection go broke everytime. Please help.

Not really. Please understand that the file manager also uses FTP. So when the file manager creates a zip file for you, it’s the same as you would do when downloading all the files yourself and creating a zip archive of it on your own computer.
When some of the transfers fail, you should just be able to retry just the failed transfers from FileZilla.
