I was trying to make automatic database backups via the website cloudaccess.net.
But I get an error message saying unable to connect to the database. I had provided all details correctly.
You can’t connect to MySQL externally on free hosting. Upgrade to premium to do that.

You can backup manually in under 5 minutes by clicking the “export” tab in PHPMyAdmin.
