Hello. I’ve been trying to install b2evolution through Softaculous on my Cpanel and everytime I download it, I get the message “installation failed”. I thought it was on b2evolution’s side so I contacted them. They said that the new version of b2evolution is 6.9.7 but you still have version 6.9.6 Maybe I’m doing something wrong, please let me know.
Just “installation failed”? No further information? No error messages? If there are messages and you don’t understand them, please do include them with your message because “installation failed” could be anything.
