I wanted to have a backup of my whole website. i tried a lot of plugins like updraft, duplicator but there is error while taking backup. i want a solution in which i can take a backup.

These do not work on free hosting. Use the backup option from Softaculous.

Thanks a lot. i have taken a backup of my website from softaculous. but i have a small doubt like how to restore it if i remove my wordpress.
Or you can just manually back it up. Get the files and the database downloaded onto your computer.
Also, as @KangJL mentioned, you may want to find a new host for your site, as it is bound to get suspended soon for TOS violation.
