Beginner: filezilla file upload error

Hello, I am repeatedly getting the below error. The files were uploading without issue and then after a series of subsequent uploads, my filezilla would no longer connect to my site. I am a complete beginner and most answers to previous forums have gone over my head, could any provide some advice?

Thank you, I examined this article and was able to check everything except for the ALG section.

It actually has something to do with the password you’ve entered for loggin in to the ftp server, The password can be found on clientarea->your site account.
If you was able to login before but not now then i suggest you to change password of your site through clientarea.
