My account has been blocked because I created a php file that uses mail to send email. I didn’t know I couldn’t. I need my account back ASAP.

It was in the rules that you cannot send email, and that you cannot use the service to do so. The send_mail() function is disabled anyways because of that, which can also be found on the site. I’m sorry, but not reading or knowing the rules/terms of service is not a valid excuse for breaking them.
