Can admin fix mySQL permissions

Hello, on my last host provider i had a button to fix database permissions,and my WordPress website estimate one time on a week my database permissions are glitching.

Here i don’t have this button, can admin fix my mySQL permissions?

you can update it on Login to your account - InfinityFree

then click on your site account: from edit account. change your password. then wait for up to 15 minutes to change password for your both site and databases

And after that, edit your wp-config.php file with the File Manager to include the password you just put.
