No, if you want that you can consider premium hosting.
Premium hosting has lesser restrictions

You can’t, but it also does not matter. Your visitors will never know your database username, it is only for you.

On all hosting services I know, the database name is prefixed with the account username. That makes it easier for hosting providers to keep track of who owns what. And almost always, the account username is assigned by the hosting system and cannot be edited.
So no, you cannot remove the epiz part from the database name.
But as Greenreader9 said, it’s supposed to be fairly inconsequential.
