Can I send account validation emails to my users

Is there any way to send account validation emails to my users who want to register?
If yes please tell me email server settings

I have recently changed my password for the VP login and after that when I search my website it says as

Osclass database server is not available.

The control panel password is also your database password. So if you change the password of the control panel, you must update your database credentials as well.
