Can I use a sys_getloadavg() for get a resource usage

Can I use sys_getloadavg() for get a resource usage by my site?
If I can, then what are a maximum values? If I can’t, what I can use for track resource usage?

The function sys_getloadavg returns the system load figures for the server you’re on. Those values are not for you to know, because monitoring overall server load is iFastNet’s responsibility and not yours.

It also doesn’t tell you how much of that load is caused by your website, so it can’t help you track your resource usage.

In fact, there is no way you can track your resource usage. The CPU limit article has a couple of sections which explain more about the how and why:
