Can I use ip or primary domain to manage DNS with my domain registrar?

Such is the question

  1. The title is for the summary, not the question.

  2. I’m not quite sure what you are asking. Do you want to use an IP instead of nameservers?

Yes, you can use your own nameservers, but only after the domain name has been added to your hosting account. And to add the domain name to your hosting account, it must point to our nameservers first. When it’s added, you can move it back.
