Can not delete folder

My website URL is: med-files.ml (my domain) , med-files.epizy.com/ (web site domain)

What I’m seeing is: I have a file named “help.med-files.ml”

I’m using this software: FileZilla Client (windows 10 64 bits)

Additional information: this file appeared after adding a subdomain. May one faith have to remove the subdomain file is stay. It is impossible for me to suppress it. Filezilla say

you cannot alter files and folders outside htdoces folder. (not in our permission)

If your domain is redirecting to suspendeddomain.org and you don’t want that anymore, the first thing to figure out is why that happens. Here are all the (known) causes for this:

Hint: the absence or presence of any directory anywhere does not cause your domain to be redirected to suspendeddomain.org.
