The error you have seen is that the Localhost refused to connect.
And also are you trying to access MySQL remotely?

That looks like an FTP uploader, not a MySQL tool.
Are you sure you are using the right settings? Do your FTP username and hostname match what’s shown in the client area?
Also @Timmy_Tom, for future reference, it would help a lot if you could post the full error message exactly as the program shows it to you to the topic. “Some error” with a code specific to your particular software (without naming the specific software) doesn’t really provide any information.
