I tried all methods, clearing my browser cache, connecting to DB in incognito mode, and I did not even change my password since but I changed it anyway today, but I still can’t access phpmyadmin.
When you say you can’t access it, what happens instead?
comes the message that redirected too many times
from where are you accessing the database, share the screenshot so that we can help you better.
I’m from Angola, at the moment I’m getting this error when I try to access phpmyadmin, the other image is from my laravel application, I couldn’t access the database, if you pay attention, there is the error type ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
although it appears to be something else from your first screenshot but in 2nd screenshot i can see issue, try this fix for once you need to change your hostname from 192.168.0.48 to whatever is given in your dashboard.
once you login to Login to your account - InfinityFree select your account and then there is a option for mysql databases in that you will find your mysql hostname.
I tried to reset my password, but it didn’t work, I would appreciate it if you could help me, please
There are 2 different logins:
Infinityfree
Cpanel
I always log back in on my InfinityFree account again and click the Control Panel or Softaculous installer buttons.
The error still remains
I think your errors stems from changing your hosting account password in the wrong place.
Go to the client area (dash.InfinityFree.com), select your account, then click the manage settings button (Do NOT open the control panel).
Reset your accounts password from the client areas account settings page.
After you do that, refresh, then click the control panel button on the client area. If it works, copy the database info from the MySQL section in the client area.
It worked successfully, thank you very much
