Can’t connect my domain to InfinityFree

same Problem as Can’t connect my domain to InfinityFree
but with strato.de
Customer support says they can´t change the nameservers or skip the check, but you can fix the problem if you add strato or my domain. So, what should I do? Can you fix this? why are your servers still not configured for strato, nearly 4 years after the first problem?
Can you fix it please?
